Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain characteristics such as abrasion resistance and lubricating ability in necessary parts while setting weight reduction as its basis by constituting a roller and a blade respectively of a substrate of an aluminum material and a compound layer of reinforced textile materials and lubricating textile materials impregnated with the aluminum material. CONSTITUTION:A blade 30 is constituted of a substrate 31 for the blade and a compound layer 32 on the peripheral surface, and the substrate 31 for the blade is made of an aluminum material, and raw materials of the compound layer 32 on the peripheral surface are selected from among either both of reinforced textile materials and lubricating textile materials or one of them, and a pre-form is molded by means of these raw materials so that it can be compounded after being impregnated with the aluminum materials while molding the substrate 31 for the blade. The roller 60 is constituted of a substrate 61 for the roller, a compound layer 62 on the outer peripheral surface and a compound layer 63 on the inner peripheral surface, and the substrate 61 for the roller is made of the aluminum material, and raw materials for the compound layers 62 and 63 on the outer and inner peripheral surfaces are selected from among either both of the reinforced textile materials and the lubricating textile materials or one of them, and a pre-form is molded by means of these raw materials so that it can be compounded after being impregnated with the aluminum material while molding the substrate 61 for the roller. |
