Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized motor conrol circuit having a single static induction transistor and a large-wattage resistor by a method wherein the resistor which limits a drive current fed to a gate is formed by printing on an empty space on the rear of a broad excellent in heat dissipating properties. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit where a direct current motor is pulse-driven by switching a static induction transistor, when the direct current motor is locked due to a large load, a very large current flows through a gate. Then, a circuit board 21 is formed of ceramic high in heat dissipating properties, and a resistor R19 is formed on a wide empty space on the rear of the boars 21 by screen printing or the like together with a speed setting volume VR10 at the same time. Therefore, the resistor R19 is easily formed large in wattage, so that the resistor R19 can withstand a large current which flows when a direct current motor M is locked. As a result, it is possible to provide a single- transistor circuit with a transistor Tr10. |
