Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve digesting and absorbing properties, survival ratio and growing property of fries by blending a mixture of artificial blend feed component for fries with gliadin powder with an aqueous solution of ethanol and drying and powdering the blended mixture. CONSTITUTION:Wheat gluten is dissolved in a aqueous solution of ethanol having 60-80% concentration and insoluble component is removed and then the treated wheat gluten is dehydrated to provide gliadin powder. Then, 50-300wt.% ethanol aqueous solution of 60-80% ethanol concentration is added to the mixture obtained by mixing the artificial blend feed for fries with 3-20wt.% of the above-mentioned gliadin powder, and the blended mixture is sufficiently stirred to afford a feed composition. Then the feed composition is subjected to lyophilization and then powdered.
