CONTROLLING DEVICE OF OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING

PURPOSE:To prevent recording of a signal of low C/N by enabling execution of recording after passing only of a time wherein the difference between the temperature of an optical information recording carrier and the temperature of a recording film in the recording carrier is an allowable value or below, after the recording carrier is fitted. CONSTITUTION:Fitting of a recording carrier 8 is detected by a fitting detector 3, and the temperature A of a base of the recording carrier 8 detected by a first temperature detector 1 of the carrier 8 and an inner-apparatus temperature B detected by a second temperature detector 2 are read. Next, the difference C between the temperature A and the temperature B is calculated. Then, a delay time corresponding to the temperature difference C is read out of a delay time table 4 in which is shown the relationship of a time wherein the difference between the detected temperature of the record carrier 8 by the detector 1 and the temperature of a recording film turns to be an allowable error or below of a recording power control according to the temperature, to the difference between the temperature of the carrier 8 and the inner-apparatus temperature which is measured beforehand and stored in a ROM. Next, waiting is made for the delay time read out, a recording permission signal is outputted from a microcomputer to a gate 6 and thereby a recording instruction is permitted. According to this constitution, recording of information at the time wherein the recording power control is impossible to execute after the carrier 8 is fitted is prohibited.
