ELECTRONIC PART INSERTING AND ASSEMBLING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To detect a part having faulty characteristics or a defective constant and verify the position of the part inserted by inserting lead wires to inserting holes for the part, by bringing the lead wires into contact with each electric pole of a lead wire way provided in a jig and by judging the measured results from measuring means connected to the electric pole. CONSTITUTION:A signal 15a from indicator drive signal output mean 153 is output, and an indicator 141 of a parts box 131 containing a diode 101 to be first inserted is lighted up. Then, a measuring start signal is introduced to a two-way bus 19. By the measuring start signal, the electrodes 123 and 124 are connected to an ammeter 16 through a scanning line 26a, a scanning route 26 and a line 16a. Then, the worker takes out a diode 1 from a part 131 indicated by the indicator 141 and align the positive lead wire 10A with a lead inserting hole 111 where light is exposed from a light guide 25A. Then, insertion with incorrect polarity and a defective part can be judged from the measured value of the ammeter 16.
