Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve humidity resistance by impregnating a cloth base material with copolymer FEP of tetrafuluoloethylene-hexafuluolopropyrene, and providing a polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE layer on the copolymer layer. CONSTITUTION:In forming a PTFE layer on a FEP layer, a cloth base material of FEP layer is immersed in a PTFE dispersion and thereafter pulled up or after the dispersion is applied to the base material, heating is carried out at a temperature of the melting point of PTFE or more. The immersion ratio between FET and PTFE is set, namely the weight ratio of FET in the total weight of immersion resin is set to be about 30-65wt.% while the weight ratio of PTFE is set to be about 35-70wt.%. Metal foils 3 are arranged on both surfaces of multilayered type prepreg preliminarily bonded by two sheets of prepreg 1 having the cloth base material impregnated with FEP and PTFE, and the prepreg and the metal foils are superposed and integrated. With the constitution, generation of minute void between the cloth basic materials and the resin layers can be prevented.
