FAULT PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To facilitate analysis of the cause of trouble by gathering environment information on an information processing system when the trouble occurs to the information processing system. CONSTITUTION:If the trouble occurs to the information processing system, the environment information is gathered by an environment information gathering means 22 together with a trouble log by using a temperature detecting means 23 and a voltage value detecting means 24 and used as part of trouble information. Namely, when a trouble detection part 11 detects the trouble, a trouble log gathering means 21 detects the trouble log through a diagnostic interface 30 and at the same time, the environment information gathering means 22 gathers the environment information by using the temperature detecting means 23 and voltage value detecting means 24, stores the information in a file 40, and uses it to analyze the cause of the trouble. Consequently, the cause of the trouble can be analyzed in consideration of the environment state.
