Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of separation from a concrete backing due to moisture and so on by laminating polyolefin/polyester-base nonwoven fabric for waterproof sheet layer and by bonding with epoxy or mortar. CONSTITUTION:A nonwoven fabric 2 of lower layer consisting of a polyolefin- base fabric of 70-90% and a polyester-base fabric of the balance is fusion bonded (fusion bonding temperature: about 130 deg.) to a ethylene-propylene vulcanized rubber sheet 1 of upper layer to produce a rubber sheet with nonwoven fabric. A two-part epoxy adhesive 3 is applied to a concrete backing 4 to bond the rubber sheet with nonwoven fabric, which provides waterproof roof construction. This constitution provides a waterproof layer without blisters even in the waterproofing work of wet concrete backing.
