Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the connecting of pipings by providing a fixed flange on one side of a connection part of the pipings while a rotary flange is provided on the other side thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rotary flange 47 and a fixed flange 48 are mounted at ends of pipes respectively and connected separately to bolt holes 47a and 48a provided on the flanges 47 and 48 through a bolt 47. In a water suction piping 37, the rotary flange 47 provided at the end of a bath tube side water suction pipe 37a is rotatably provided so that the flange 48 can match the bolt holes 47a and 48a of the flanges 47 and 48 by turning the flange 48. Thus, when the pipes are connected, the bolt hole 47a is made to match the bolt 48a of the fixed flange 48 of a pump side water suction pipe 37b by relative rotation of the rotary flange 47 of a bath tub side water suction pipe 37a with respect to the fixed flange 48 thereby facilitating connecting work of a feed water piping 37.
