ELECTRIC FAN

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vibration and noise by covering the whole of the outer periphery of a protecting guard by an annular rubber elastic body, and installing a supporting leg on the back surface. CONSTITUTION:A protecting guard 3 is constituted of a front guard 3A covering the front surface of a fan 2, and a rear guard 3B which covers the back surface, and each of the rear guard 3B and the front guard 3A has the outer peripheral surface having an arcuate section on the outer periphery, and the whole of the arcuate outer peripheral surface is covered by a rubber elastic body 4. A supporting leg 5 can be turned by 180 deg. vertically on the back surface of the rear guard surface 3B, and installed so as to turn by 90 deg. along the periphery of the protecting guard 3. A cylindrical cushion 24 is fixed at the top edge of the supporting leg 5. Accordingly, the generation of vibration and noise can be prevented.
