Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To smoothen an axial movement of an intermediate gear by providing a movable coupling body which is fitted to an intermediate shaft together with an intermediate gear for sliding and have an engagement part to be engaged with an over running clutch and a cover for closing an internal combustion engine side opening. CONSTITUTION:A movable coupling body 47 has a boss 47a, an arcuate engagement part 47b, a cover 47c, and a lancet 47d. The arcuate engagement part 47b is fitted to an engagement groove 15 of an over running clutch 7. The over running clutch 7 is moved in an axially by the rotation of a shifting lever 20, and the movable coupling body 47 interlockingly moves intermediate gear 46. The intermediate gear 46, to which no moment is applied, is smoothly moved.
