DISPOSABLE ABSORPTIVE ARTICLE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to improve the fittability and the ventilation of a flap by providing the outermost layer sheet for surrounding the waist and placing and holding an absorptive main body against a wearer at the time of wear. CONSTITUTION:An absorptive main body 3 is fixed about in the center of the outermost layer sheet 2. The outermost layer sheet 2 desirably consists of a high flexible sheet being liquid-impermeable, and having ventilation and the sense of touch being similar to underclothes. The absorptive main body 3 is constituted of a liquid permeable top sheet 15 for forming the side for coming into contact with the skin of a wearer, the corresponding liquid impermeable back sheet of the top sheet 15, and an absorbing body 17 interposed between the top sheet 15 and the back sheet 16. Also, in the end edge part in the longitudinal direction of the outermost layer sheet 2, a pair of waist flaps 8, 9 extended out to the outside of the absorptive main body 3 are provided, turned back from a turn-back line 10 and insert and hold the end edge part of the absorptive main body 5 and hold it surely. Moreover, a second elastic member 12 is provided on the waist flaps 8, 9, respectively, and at the time of wear, fittability to a wearer is enhanced. and slip-down is prevented.
