Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain the operation start in a comparatively small sound volume at all times by controlling a sound volume adjustment means so as to decrease a sound volume at the operation start to less than a set value when the sound volume stored by a storage means is the setting value or over at the time of start of operation of an acoustic means. CONSTITUTION:A sound volume at the changeover from power-on to power-off of a radio receiver 1 or a cassette deck 2 being an acoustic means is stored in a storage means 15. A control means 16 controls a sound volume adjustment means 5 so as to decrease the sound volume at the start of operation to less than the setting value when the sound volume stored in the storage means 15 is the setting value or over at the start of operation of the acoustic means 1 or 2 from power-off to power-on. Thus, the sound volume at the start of operation is always a comparatively small sound volume less than the set value and no sense of unpleasantness is given to a passenger.
