REMOTE SYSTEM RISING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To reduce invalid holding time of a communication line by returning a negative reply immediately from a monitor control section when a call signal from a caller communication system is received and the communication control section is not yet arisen, opening the communication line and calling the caller communication system again based on the rising end time included in the negative reply. CONSTITUTION:When a call signal is received from a caller communication system through a communication line 105 in a called party communication system, a monitor control section 103 returns a negative reply including time information immediately to open the communication line 105 and the monitor control section 103 gives a command to a rising control section 104 to apply power application and initial setting processing to the communication control section 102 thereby raising the communication control section 102, the caller communication system discriminates the rising required time of the called communication system from time information included in the negative reply and calls the caller communication system again after lapse of the time to establish the communication. Thus, the holding time of the communication line is reduced and the time up to the communication start is minimized.
