Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a small retardation value and rigidity by sticking two sheets of laminated sheets, each of which is formed by providing a gas permeation resistance resin layer on one surface of an optically isotropic base material sheet and further, providing a crosslinkable resin cured material layer therein, via adhesive layers in a such a manner that the crosslinkable resin cured materials are the two outermost layers. CONSTITUTION:The gas permeation resistance resin layer 2 formed by a casting method is provided on one surface of the optically isotropic base material sheet 1 and further the crosslinkable resin cured material layer 3 formed by a casting method is provided on the gas permeation resistance resin layer 2 to obtain the laminated sheet 4. Two or more sheets of the laminated sheets 4 obtd. in such a manner are stuck to each other via the adhesive layers and in such a manner that the crosslinkable resin cured material layers 3a are the two outermost layers. The crosslinkable resin cured material layers 3 to constitute the outermost layer have excellent scratching resistance, high hardness and good chemical resistance and the gas permeation resistance resin layers 2 have an excellent oxygen barrier property. The small retardation value and the rigidity are obtd. even with the large-sized panel in this way.
