REFUSE REMOVING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To exactly remove refuse in passing flow by providing combing claws and a scooping claw bent on the running direction side on a rake for scraping up refuse, and setting the fitting pitch of the to a chain under the length of the parallel part of a guide rail for a chain. CONSTITUTION:A bar screen 1 is held with both side guide rails 4 a little inclining against the bottom part of water passage, and rakes 2 having combing claws and scooping claws on the opposite side of the former and bent on the running direction are fitted to a ring-like chain 3 along the bar screen 1. The pitch is set under the length of the parallel part 5 of the guide rail 4 in parallel with the bottom part of a water passage, and a refuse stop member 6 is provided on the upper part of the parallel part 5. The chain 3 is turned over at the upper and lower parts and circulatingly run with a motor through a drive sprocket on the upper turning over part. Hereby, at least one rake 2 always exists to enable to obstruct passing flow of refuse.
