Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R and R are H, halogen, lower alkyl, (substituted)phenyl or (substituted)pyridyl; R is OH, lower alkoxy or formula II; R to R are H or lower alkyl); X is amino, amido, carbonyl, alkylene, O or S] or salts thereof. EXAMPLE:4-(4-Phenylthiazol-2-ylcarbonylamino)salicylic acid. USE:Having excellent analgesic, antiinflammatory and antipyretic action and useful as an analgesic and antiinflammatory agent. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula III and a compound expressed by the formula PhCONCS are heated and refluxed in a solvent such as acetone for about 1-5min to afford the objective compound expressed by formula I (X is NH).
