Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which has good detergency and scale adhesion-eliminating effect and causes no corrosion to aluminum tablewares and a glass on the surface by compounding each a predetermined amount of NaOH or KOH, a silicic acid salt, a polyacrylic acid salt, an aminopolycarboxylic acid salt and water. CONSTITUTION:The title composition comprises less than 0.5wt.% NaOH or KOH, 7-11wt.% (based on SiO2) silicic acid salt (e.g. sodium silicate), 1-5wt.% acrylic acid salt (e.g. polysodium acrylate), 1-10wt.% aminopolycarboxylic acid salt (e.g. ethylenediamineteraacetate) and the balance of water.
