Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To detect the angle-of-rotation of a rotary shaft accurately regardless of temperature change or the like by obtaining the ratio of the transmitted light quantity of each light receiving element to the sum of the transmitted light quantity by a temperature compensating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of transmitted light to each of light receiving elements 19-21 is detected by adders 22-24, and its sum is obtained by an adder 25. The ratio of the transmitted light quantity of each of the light receiving elements 19-21 to the sum is obtained by dividers 26-28. With this ratio to the sum obtained in addition to the transmitted light quantity of the respective light receiving elements 19-21, the angle-of-rotation of a rotary shaft 4 can be obtained accurately regardless of the emission quantity of the light emitting element 18 since the ratio of the transmitted light quantity of the respective light receiving elements 19-21 to the sum of the transmitted light quantity of the light receiving elements 19-21 is constant even with the change of emission quantity of the light emitting element 18 due to temperature change or the like. |
