TURNING CASTER

PURPOSE:To obtain a turning moment by dissolving a dead point at the time of vehicle steering without driving, and at the same time obtain a stable travel condition even in the case of reverse drive force being added, by providing plural bearings and at the same time giving offset to a turning member turning center and a vehicle wheel support member rotation center. CONSTITUTION:The 1st bearing 43 is constituted by fixing the 1st outer race 37 at the periphery edge portion inner side surface of an outer housing 33 whose lower and portion 33b is fixed at a support frame 1 opening end 1b, and arranging the 1st inner race 41 on this inside through rolling bodies 39. Meanwhile, the 2nd bearing 55 is constitued by fixing the 2nd outer race 49 on the inside of a turning member 47 arranged in the housing 33, and arranging the 2nd inner race 53 on this inside through rolling bodes 51. And a turning member 47 turning center X1 and a vehicle wheel support member 57 rotating center X2 are offset by a predetermined length L. As a result, a moment which is in a direction canceling a moment at a time when the member 47 is added with drive force opposite to a vehicle advancing direction, is generated.
