APPARATUS FOR TREATING WASTE PROCESSING SOLUTION OF NON-SILVER SALT PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To reduce the total energy cost and to improve workability by providing a control mechanism for recovering the liquid in a liquid receiving device to a recovery tank to an apparatus for treating the waste processing solution of a non-silver salt photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The waste processing solution sent to an evaporation boiler 3 is heated by a heating member 7 generating heat by the supply of a current and the evaporated steam is sent to a condenser 15 along with the air sucked through a solenoid valve 24 from the air suction port 3 provided to the upper part of the evaporation boiler 3 to be cooled and condensed by air and the condensate is stored in a liquid receiving device 3 while the non-condensed gas is discharged to the outside by an exhaust pump 33. The liquid received in the liquid receiving device 3 is sent to a recovery tank 32 by a liquid feed pump 31. The concentrate (sludge) formed in the evaporation boiler 3 is received in a sludge recovery tank 18 by opening a sludge discharge valve 19. The liquid level of the waste processing solution in the evaporation boiler 3 lowers by evaporation during the operation of the apparatus but said liquid level is detected by a liquid level sensor 12 and the opening and closing of a solenoid valve 6 is controlled so as to keep a definite liquid level range.
