SOLID ACTUATOR

PURPOSE:To prevent release and crack of a piezoelectric porcelain by enabling plate thickness and elastic compliance of the piezoelectric porcelain and an elastic plate constituting an asymmetrical bimorph type solid actuator to satisfy specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:It is set so that a relationship between a plate thickness H1 and an elastic compliance PE1 of a piezoelectric porcelain 1 and that between a plate thickness H2 and an elastic compliance P2 satisfy an expression A and a position of a neutral surface 3 of an asymmetrical bimorph type solid actuator is matched to a joint surface 12 of the piezoelectric porcelain 1 and the elastic plate 2. Thus enabling bending distortion on the joint surface to be equal to 0 and preventing the piezoelectric porcelain from being released from the joint surface and the piezoelectric porcelain from being cracked.
