Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method of use for a hydrogen peroxide-forming oxidase, wherein the enzyme is obtained from Streptomycetaceae and at 25 DEG C., in 0.15 mol/liter potassium phosphate (pH 7.9), in the presence of surface-active substances, still shows after 2 days an activity of at least 40% of the initial activity. This enzyme is useful in the determination of sarcosine, creatine and creatinine.
