Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a master batch of an inorganic antibacterial agent giving an antibacterial resin composition having excellent resistance to discoloration by covering an inorganic antibacterial agent dissolvable of silver ion and a hydrotalcites compound with an additive for a resin and further covering with waxes. CONSTITUTION:(A) An inorganic antibacterial agent (e.g. antibacterial zeolite) from which silver ions can be eluted is mixed with (B) a hydrotalcite compound and (C) an additive usable for resins (discoloration inhibitor). The component A and the component B are covered with the component C at least a part of which is melted by heat being generated in the mixing and/or heating, then (D) waxes are added and blended. The mixture is further covered with the component D at least a part of which is melted by heat being generated in the blending and/or heating to afford the objective master batch of inorganic antibacterial agent. Furthermore, said master batch and the resin are used as principal components to afford the objective resin composition containing 0.05-50wt.% the component A, 0.005-20wt.% the component B, 0.001-5wt.% the component C and 0.01-30wt.% the component D.
