Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To keep the delivery rate of a code constant by reducing the speed of the nearest driving motor to the delivery side of an untreated code when slippage of the code on the delivery side of the untreated code is detected by dancer units. CONSTITUTION:When slippage of a code occurs on the delivery side of an untreated code 5, it is detected by dancer units 65-67 respectively. While the rotational speed of the second nearest driving motor to the delivery side of the untreated code is kept almost constant, other driving motors, especially the nearest driving motor are subjected to variable speed control corresponding to the variation of the delivery rate of the code.
