PIPELINE SUPPORTER

PURPOSE:To secure such a pipeline supporter that there is no slippage in a flange when it is clamped with a bolt and a nut as supporting a piping spool temporarily as well as there is no anxiety of dropping the piping spool at that time, by making the lower half width of this pipeline supporter so as to become larger than that of the upper half part. CONSTITUTION:A pipeline support body 1 is made up into a ring form, this ring inside diameter is just the same as the outside diameter of a flange 7 of a pipeline spool 7, and at both these end, there is formed an end part 3 provided with mounting holes 8. The width of a lower half part of this ring is doubled over that of the upper half part, and at this broad part, the piping spool 7 is temporarily supported. Thus, adjacent piping spools 7, 7 are temporarily supported by a pipeline setter in advance, and a bolt is pierced through a bolt hole 8 of the flange 6, and when they are clamped tight by a nut, a connection lockup of these adjacent piping spools 7 is completed. Consequently, there is no slippage of the flange till the flange of the spool is fully clamped by the bolt and nut and, what is more, there is no fear of the piping spool being dropped.
