Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the extremely fine ferrite structure and to manufacture the high tensile electric resistance welded steel tube having very excellent low temperature toughness by heating the welded part of the electronic resistance welded steel tube to the specific temperature range, then rolling and subjecting the steel tube to the specific heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:The electric resistance welded part of the steel tube is heated to the temperature range of Ac3 transformation point-Ac3 transformation point + 200 deg.C, then rolled at >=5% draft at the temperature range of 950-650 deg.C, succeedingly, forcibly cooled to the temperature range below than 600 deg.C at the cooling velocity of 10-100 deg.C/s, next, the welded part id heated to the temperature of 300 deg.C-Ac1 transformation point, by which the high tensile electric resistance welded steel tube having excellent toughness for welded part is stably manufactured. The hot rolling for the welded part eliminates the toughness lowering caused by the solidified structure and the finest structure which is not obtained with a conventional method is obtd. by combinating the forcibly cooling of following process. |
