Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the irregularity of pressure distribution in a heating and pressing state at the time of pressing and to prevent sliding when a resin begins to flow by bringing a base material impregnated with a thermosetting resin to a semicured state by drying and passing the semicured base material through rolls whose surfaces are subjected to embossing processing to obtain uniform roughness on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Coated paper cloth 2 obtained by impregnating a base material with a resin passes through rolls 3 subjected to knurling processing within a drying and curing apparatus 1. If necessary, roughness is further imparted to the surface of the coated paper cloth 2 using a grinding agent. When the surface roughness of the coated paper cloth is uniform, the irregularity of the load applied to the surface of the coated paper cloth at the time of pressing is reduced and, further, the coated paper cloths are not closely bonded each other when they are superposed one upon another and the remaining of air is hard to generate at the time of the degassing due to a vacuum press. The resin is semicured in the drying and curing apparatus 1 and, in this state, notches are applied to the coated paper cloth by the rolls 3.
