FACSIMILE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To reduce quantity of facsimile distribution job by generating a generated document with different specific information from each destination inserted thereto based on a destination reference list registered with a telephone number and specific information and an original document designated with an inserted part and distributing the generated document to a decided destination. CONSTITUTION:A document data synthesis section 3 insert an insertion data group for each destination to an insertion designation part of an original document extracted from an original document storage section 1 according to the content of a destination reference table extracted from a destination reference table storage section 2 and generates generation documents whose number is equal to the number of destination. A facsimile document conversion section 5 converts the generated document into a facsimile document and stores it into a facsimile document storage section 6 and a facsimile document distribution section 7 sends a facsimile document extracted from the facsimile document storage section 6 to a facsimile transmitter-receiver installed at each destination through a communication line according to a telephone number in the destination reference table. Thus, the document including specific information is easily distributed to plural destinations without generating a document depending on each destination.
