DOCUMENT PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To easily perform the structurization of a document by providing an item number arranging means which arranges an item number designated by a designation means so as to form desired document structure in the document. CONSTITUTION:The designation means is comprised of a setting circuit 13 for item number kind/order/indentation number of characters and a designation switch 12, and the item number arranging means is comprised of an item number correction circuit 18 which corrects a document data storage part 11 and item number state storage part 16 appropriately, and an item number designation switch 17. In such a case, the item number desired to set is designated by the designation means, and every kind of item number is arranged by the item number arranging means so that the document desired to structurize can be formed in targeted structure, and the structurization of the document can be automatically performed, and it is displayed on a display means 19. Thereby, the structurization of the document can be easily performed.
