ROTATIONAL SCANNING TYPE MAGNETIC RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily secure the excellent contact state of a magnetic head with a magnetic tape even though the number of heads is increased by attaching plural head aggregative bodies obtained by disposing plural magnetic heads on the same supporting body at specified intervals along the rotating direction of a rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A rotational scanning mechanism part is constituted of the rotary cylinder 1, the plural head aggregative bodies 2A-2D attached at the specified intervals along the rotating direction, a fixed cylinder 4, and a motor 5. The magnetic heads 11-14 belonging to the same head aggregative body 2A or the like are provided on the same supporting body 10 to be integrated. Therefore, the mutual positional relation between the magnetic heads 11-14 belonging to one head aggregative body 2A or the like is decided at the time of producing the head, and the magnetic heads 11-14 are easily aligned when the heads 11-14 are attached to the rotary cylinder 1 even though the total number of the heads on the cylinder 1 is increased. Thus, the excellent contact state of the head with the magnetic tape is easily secured even though the number of the heads on the cylinder 1 is increased.
