Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To manufacture a roller without creases and excellent in yield by cutting the end of a synthetic resin tube by means of the sliding of a first channel provided on a fitting face of a top force or a bottom force of a cylindrical mold and a second channel provided on an upper section or a lower section and at lease positioned partly in the first channel each other. CONSTITUTION:A core bar 6 is inserted into a synthetic resin tube 2, and a top force 7 and a bottom force 8 are fixed by clamping a cylindrical mold 4 and the synthetic resin tube 2, and the core bar 5 is fixed in the cylindrical mold 4 concentrically. After that, liquid rubber is fed between the synthetic resin tube 2 and the core bar 6 from a liquid rubber feeding body. The liquid rubber is disposed in a constant temperature bath under the desired temperature to vulcanize an elastic body layer 9 and fusion bond the synthetic resin tube 2 with the elastic body layer 9. After that, the top force 7 is released out of the cylindrical mold 4 taken out of the constant temperature bath. At that time, a channel 10 formed in the cylindrical mold 4 and a second channel 11 formed in the top force 7 are slided together, and when the second channel 11 passes through the edge of the first channel 10, the synthetic resin tube 2 is cut at that position. As the end of synthetic resin tube 2 is separated from a roller section, the section fusion bonded with the elastic body layer 9 is not pulled by the top force 7.
