CORRUGATE CUTTER HEAD

PURPOSE:To shorten the distance between the supporting parts to support the overhang plate and to reduce the deflection amount of the supporting shaft by jointing two supporting shafts to support the overhang plate which is assembled on the cutter head through the supporting metal near the overhang plate. CONSTITUTION:The plate like block 1 on which both shafts 16, 17 are inserted respectively in the two upper and lower setting holes 2a, 2b freely slidably and can be fixed to the upper and lower supporting shaft 16 with the fixing bolts. Therefore, the plate like block 1 can cope with the change of the fin width. In such a way, because the both upper and lower supporting shafts 16, 17 to support the upper and lower spring plate 14, 15 are fixed near the overhang plate being applied with the opening force with the plate like block 1 being one body as the rigid body and the rigidity against the opening force is increased, so the deflection of the upper and lower supporting shaft 16, 17 can be prevented.
