FIXING METHOD FOR SHEET COVER IN SHEET MOLD

PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction of manhours by enabling removal of a sticking process, by a method wherein a cooling agent is fed to a cooling part, sewn part is cooled, cured and fixed to the cooling part in a frozen state under state where the sewn part is pressed and fixed by a sheet cover setting jig. CONSTITUTION:A cooling agent 256 is sent into a cooling pipe 20 through an introducing pipe 23. With this construction, the cooling pipe 20 is cooled, arranged along the same cooling pipe 20 and a part of a sewn part 5 surrounded by a holding-down part 27 of a jig 26 is cooled. Containing water in a skin piece of a part of the sewn part 5 is frozen by this cooling, made cured state and the same part is fixed to the surface 20a of the cooling pipe 20 under a frozen state. Then the jig 26 is moved upward, a feed discharge valve 24 is operated to a discharge side and the cooling agent 25 in the cooling pipe 20 is removed. Since only the part of the sewn part 5 of a sheet cover 4 is frozen and fixed to a cooling part 19 under this state, parts of the other piece parts 4a, 4b can be smoothed and adjusted along a mold surface 18 so that creases are not generated.
