Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To perform efficiently the whole washing, by a method wherein a nozzle B injecting water extending over a radial part of a lid plate is provided, an extended lever waterway communicates with a driving shaft waterway and the driving shaft waterway communicates with a water pipe led out from a pressure water source through a rotary part water feed mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Milk M is turned while forming a parabolic recessed surface and a splash is spouted over the upper part of the inside of a side wall through the back of a lid plate 1. In this case, when a water tap 17 is fully opened, pressure water arrives at a nozzle B by passing through an annular waterway 11, driving shaft waterway 9 and extended lever waterway 8 of a rotary part water feed mechanism C from a water feed pipe 10 and injected into an inverted conical shape by covering over almost a radial part of the lid plate 1. Since injection of the nozzle B is performed on the extended lever 7 turning by a driving shaft 5, the upper part of the inside of the side wall and the upper part of the driving shaft 5 from the back of the lid plate 1 of a vessel A1 are cleaned and washed by injection water and extended lever 7 and nozzle B themselves also are washed by splashing and dropping water. Therefore, after completion of operation, when only the bottom of the vessel A1 is washed by inserting a nozzle of an end of a city water hose into the vessel A1, washing of the inside of the vessel A1 is completed. |
