Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To omit unnecessary correspondence calculation with respect to a part, whose three-dimensional vision is required, to allow the control which does not bring about erroneous correspondence by discriminating a center area or a peripheral area at the time of reading out detection data from a pair of detectors and dividing the detection visual field of each of these detectors into blocks to perform discrimination. CONSTITUTION:A means which gathers signal groups of areas placed in the same direction to respective center areas 3 and 4 of a pair of a first left detector 1 and a second right detector 2 which successively read out a picture in the column direction, means which gathers signal groups of areas placed in the opposite directions, a means which preferentially selects the signal from the detector nearer the object out of signals from two areas, and a means which compares the signal from the vicinity of a center point 1C of the first detector 1 and that from the vicinity of a center 2C of the second detector with each other to detect the deviation between signals from detectors 1 and 2 and adjusts visual fields of both detectors 1 and 2 are provided. Thus, data from the preferential detector is unequivocally selected with respect to the part whose three-dimensional vision is required, and the control which does not bring about erroneous correspondence is possible.
