Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable influence of sensitivity characteristics of each measurement system to be excluded and measurement by a constant sensitivity to be made by obtaining a compensation coefficient from a ratio between a peak value and a reference value of a bottom echo of a sectional semicircular member corresponding to each piezoelectric element or the inverse ratio. CONSTITUTION:A tip of an arc array probe 1 is attached to a central engagement hole 22 at the center of a correction coefficient measuring member 18 of a semi-circular section and an acoustic lens 23 and the member 18 are formed in one piece, thus enabling supersonic wave which is generated from piezoelectric elements 1a - 1m to be reflected by a bottom part through an incidence point 22. Since distance from the elements 1a - 1m to the incidence point 22a and that from the incidence point 222 to a bottom surface are nearly equal, the bottom surface echo is generated at an equal timing and is obtained as an equal peak value and a difference is generated between the peak value and the reference value according to the characteristics of the elements 1a - 1m and the position and characteristics of a pulse, a receiver etc. Then, an inverse ration with the reference value is adopted for each measurement system corresponding to the elements 1a - 1m, thus enabling scattering of sensitivity characteristics of each measurement system to be compensated for. An average value of the bottom surface echo which is obtained by each measurement system should be selected as the reference value. |
