Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively strip off a deposit such as slime and to obtain high- quality treated water by providing the hollow-fiber membrane filter with a cleaning small body and bubbling the small body. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning small body 5 such as a ball having about 1.0sp.gr. and approximately 0.5-20mm diameter is placed in a filtration tower 1 contg. a hollow-fiber membrane module. Since the tower 1 is filled with raw water when filtration is finished, an air drain valve 8, a water level control valve 10 and an air valve 11 are opened, a diffuser 19 having a blower 16 is driven, the water is bubbled, and the water level is lowered. As a result, the slime and SS at the module filtration part are stripped off by the small body 5 and bubbling, and the slime on the tower wall is also stripped off. Accordingly, high-quality treated water is obtained.
