Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the rapid processability of the color photographic sensitive material having a magnetic layer and to lessen the color clouding by specifying the silver chloride content of the silver halide particles to be incorporated into this photosensitive material to a prescribed value or above. CONSTITUTION:The silver chloride content of the silver halide particles to be incorporated into the silver halide color photographic sensitive material having the magnetic layer is specified to >=10mol%. The magnetic layer can be provided on the side opposite form the photographic emulsion layers with the base in-between and is formed by dispersing ferromagnetic powder into a binder. A silver chloride, silver chlorobromide, silver chloroiodide or silver chloroiodobromide is usable for the emulsion. The particles having a uniform halogen compsn., core/shell type particles or the particles of a multilayered structure type are usable.
