IMPERVIOUS WALL FOR SHALLOW LAYER

PURPOSE:To construct a sure impervious wall by filling an instantaneously solidifying impervious member in a groove made on the surface layer and insert the lapped impervious sheet in the groove and further, pressing the lapped part with an air bag. CONSTITUTION:Water-impervious sheets 6, 6' of a specified width are inserted from the ground level into the groove 3 made on the surface layer and the edges 6a, 6b' thereof are lapped over. Next, the lapped part 7 are held by air- bags 8, 8' from both sides. An instantaneously solidifying water-impervious material 9 is filled in the air-bags 8, 8' and the groove 3' surrounded with the air bags 8, 8' to construct a unit water-impervious wall 1a. The air in the air bags 8, 8' is removed from the groove 3, and further, the instantaneously solidifying water impervious material 9 is filled in the groove 3' surrounded by the existing unit water impervious wall 1a to connect the unit water impervious wall 1a to the existing unit water impervious wall to construct a perfect water impervious wall from the surface to the underground layer.
