Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a no sintering-type manufacturing method by which conductivity is heightened and bad effects on battery properties are not caused by immersing an electrode plate consisting of a conductive grid and an active mass paste mainly containing specified material powders and applied to the grid in an aqueous acidic solution containing specified ions, then immersing it in a prescribed aqueous solution to carry out chemical hydration treatment. CONSTITUTION:An electrode plate consisting of a conductive grid and an active mass containing mainly a cadmium oxide powder and metal cadmium powder and applied to the grid is immersed in an aqueous acidic solution containing a nickel ion and then immersed in an aqueous alkali solution to carry out chemical hydration treatment and thus these processes become a method, by which conductivity is heightened and bad effects on battery properties are not caused, for manufacturing a cadmium negative electrode plate for alkali secondary batteries. |
