HEAT ACCUMULATION TYPE AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform cooling operation even during accumulation of cold by providing a flow rate adjusting mechanism which can adjust a heat transfer medium fluid flow rate from a heat transfer medium circulating passage to a passage for cooling, accompanying with the operation of a pump, and the heat transfer fluid flow rate from a by-pass to the passage for cooling. CONSTITUTION:When it is necessary to perform cooling operation during accumulation of cold only a first by-pass 5 is closed by a first flow joining 3-way valve 6, and both first and second sluice valves V1, V2 re kept open, and both first and second pumps P1, P2 are operated. A heat transfer medium fluid at approximately -2 or -3 deg.C which is sent out from a heat accumulation tank 2 by the operation of the first pump P1 is sent in a heat pump 1 and refrigerated to approximately -4 or -5 deg.C, and then returned to the heat accumulation, tank 2 and the cold heat is accumulated.
