Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To facilitate an input operation by providing separately the first transaction processing mode without a password input, and permitting the input operation by the first transaction processing mode according to the content of a transaction medium. CONSTITUTION:The first transaction processing mode in which a payment transaction is permitted, and the second transaction processing mode in which plural transactions are permitted are provided. A control part selects automatically these modes according to a transaction data in the transaction medium. The first transaction processing mode is a mode in which the payment transaction without the password input can be executed, and also, it can be used by a specified user. On the other hand, the second transaction processing mode is the one in which a transaction selected after the password input is executed, and it is the mode used by a general user. Therefore, even when the first transaction processing mode is selected by the transaction data in the transaction medium, the user can indicate the second transaction processing mode, then selecting the second transaction processing mode.
