Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To decrease waveform distortions in spite of repetitive overwriting by superposing additional pulses in the positions corresponding to the prescribed channel of a pulse group, then executing recording. CONSTITUTION:A phase change type optical disk 1 is rotationally driven by a spindle motor 2 and an optical unit 3 is carried on a carriage which is freely displaceable in the radial direction of the disk 1. The disk 1 is then irradiated with a laser beam. The information signals are recorded by superposing the additional pulses to the positions corresponding to the prescribed channel position of the pulse group of the information signals at the time of recording the information signals. Then, the phase change in the prescribed channel of the data to be recorded is forcibly executed. The waveform distortions are decreased in this way even if the information signals are repetitively overwritten on the phase change type optical disk. |
