PARTS CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of line by registering the data of whether purchasing or warehousing is to be performed at the time of receiving parts, and lacking parts information at the time of delivering parts, retracting the lacking parts information after registering at the time of receiving parts, making final warehousing data and replenishing lacking parts in a manufacturing line by direct delivery to the line. CONSTITUTION:Rack number data 12 and delivery check data 11 are registered in a host computer 1 to decrease lacking parts and register them as lacking parts data 11a in personal computers 2 on respective lines together with the rack number data 12. After parts receiving, the model number and delivery number of products are inputted in the respective personal computers 2 and the host computer 1. The host computer 1 subtracts the number of lacking parts in each line from receiving data and regards the remainder as warehousing number. The lacking parts in each line are replenished by direct delivery to the line.
