Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To minimize the warping of a hot platen by installing a temperature detector to an opposite side to a contact side with a jig plate for the hot platen and equalizing the temperature between the contact side with the jig plate and the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:Temperature detectors 20, 13, 23, and 17 are buried in a contact side of jig plates 2 and 3 which clamp a laminated body of heat platens 5 and 6 and the opposite side against the contact side of toe jig plates 2 and 3 and detect the temperature around the buried surface and perform temperature control independently in terms of the contact side of the jig plates 2 and 3 and the opposite side. The surface temperature of the heat platens 5 and 6 in contact with the jig plates 2 and 3 is controlled so that it may be a specified temperature. Even the temperature on the opposite direction is controlled so that it may follow. This construction makes it possible to set the temperature of the laminated body 1 as specified and eliminate the generation of the warping of the heat platens 5 and 6 caused by the temperature distribution resultant from the thickness direction of the heat platens 5 and 6 and assure well bonding performance.
