Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a high lubricating property and an antiwear property to an insulated wire by baking paint and varnish in which resin powder consists of mixed resin of PTFE and PE and its density is adjusted to a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:Paint and varnish, in which 4wt.% of PTFE/PE mixed resin powder having a grain diameter of about 5mum, and specific gravity about 1.05 is added to a resin component of polyamide imide insulating paints for being mixed, are baking-painted on an esterimide insulated wire about 8 times in order to form a film having a thickness of about 15mum. Polyethylene resin is melted and mixed with PTFE having the highest lubrication property of general resin for the purpose of adjusting specific gravity, further, specific gravity of powder is adjusted in the range of 0.98 to 1.11 to be uniformly dispersed in the insulating paints in order to make it to manifest an excellent lubrication property at the time of baking. Thereby, an insulated wire having the high lubrication property and an anti-wear property can be obtained.
