Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the number of pillars by providing plural pillars on a foundation, and installing mounting members which consist of filled steel pipe concrete having self-hardening hardener filled therein between the pillars. CONSTITUTION:Plural pillars 10 are provided vertically on a roaded R. Then a solid truss 20 which consists of an upper chord member 22, lattice members 24, and a lower chord member 23 is erected between pillars 10. Then, by placing concrete from the upper side of each pillar 10, the concrete flows from each concrete pouring hole 10a in the inside of the upper chord member 22 and the lower chord member 23 which consist of tube-form steel pipes. Furthermore, after the concrete placed in the pillars 10, the upper chord member 22, and the lower chord member 23 hardened, slabs are constructed to construct an artificial foundation G.
