WASTE CRUSHING DEVICE AND ROTARY BLADES USED FOR THE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To avoid discontinuance of operation and manufacture a crushed product of comparatively large grain size by disposing flat plate-shaped stationary blades facing shearing faces of rotary blades facing the side section of a channel-shaped passage. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal rotary shafts 11, 11 are rotated respectively in the inner side direction as shown by arrow marks A, A, and irregular wastes are fed into a casing 14. The wastes are clamped between rotary blades 17 and stationary blades 22, and the wastes are bitten in multi-stages in compliance with the posture of wastes, and shearing force is applied to carry out cutting in the lateral direction and also cutting-in the longitudinal direction of the shafts and crushing. Crushed products of comparatively large grains size are discharged downwardly ad indicated by the arrow mark B and fed to the outside of a device from a feeding outlet 21. Also, in the case that the crushing load is comparatively low, a driving device is rotated at high speed to increase the feeding quantity of wastes, and in the case that the crushing load is comparatively high, the driving device is rotated at low speed.
