Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a recording medium deteriorating by suppressing gas from synthetic resin by applying coating film consisting of a material with low gas permeability to the internal plane of a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The emission of emitted gas contained in resin can be suppressed and the deterioration of the recording medium housed in the cartridge can be suppressed by applying the coating film 15 consisting of a material with gas permeability lower than that of the synthetic resin that is the material used in the cartridge and with thickness>=10Angstrom to the internal planes 13, 14 of the cartridge 6.
